My name is Chiara Picotto,

I am a multidisciplinary artist.

I started to express myself through music, as a singer and composer. During the last years I developed a big interest for Photography, Performance, and Sound Art.

In my life I have been living among Italy, Portugal, Germany and Spain, taking every chance to travel and get closer to different cultures.

I studied in Italy, in Torino University at D.A.M.S. Dicipline dell' Arte, Musica e Spettacolo; In Lisbon (Portugal) I started to sing integrating different projects, and I attended the Advanced Course of Visual Art in Maumaus. In Germany I collaborated with different artists, researching on creative processes involving sound and dance/performance.

This Page FOREST_SOCIETY is part of a Life-Process and of a research developed as Final Work for the Master in Sound Art I attended last year in Barcelona at UB.
